• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bartending certification preferred (where applicable).

• Minimum 1 year of bartending or high-volume restaurant/bar experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and POS systems required.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service and state/local regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Strong cash-handling and basic math skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and cleanliness.

• →Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• →Greet and engage guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, including counters, equipment, and glassware.
• →Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift.
• →Process payments accurately using POS systems; handle cash and tabs responsibly.
• →Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• →Follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies and procedures.
• →Assist with bar opening and closing duties.
• →Report any equipment or maintenance needs promptly.
• →Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
