→HR Operations: Oversee recruitment, payroll, attendance, performance management, employee engagement, and exit management.
→Industrial Relations (IR): Manage worker-management relations, handle labor inquiries, coordinate with factory compliance teams, ensure adherence to labor laws, and represent the company in any labor department proceedings.
→Team Management: Lead, guide, and develop a team of 6–7 HR staff across generalist and IR functions.
→Compliance: Ensure compliance with Sindh labor laws, social security, EOBI, factory rules, and other statutory requirements.
→Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with organizational goals and legal standards.

Requirements

Gender: Male (specific requirement due to working environment / shift / IR dynamics in Industrial Area)
Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in HR, with at least 5 years as a Manager in a manufacturing / textile industrial unit. Must have hands-on IR experience.
Education: MBA in HR or equivalent.
