Accounting Manager (Travel & Tours) Guaranteed 14th & 15th month pay

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager (CPA) to oversee the financial operations of a fast-paced travel and tours organization. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in taxation, financial reporting, and operational accounting, preferably from the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector.

• →Lead and supervise the accounting team composed of approximately 18 finance personnel
• →Manage end-to-end accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations
• →Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports
• →Oversee BIR compliance, tax filings, and statutory reportorial requirements
• →Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense management
• →Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes to improve operational efficiency
• →Coordinate with external auditors, government agencies, and internal departments
• →Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
• At least 1 year experience in a managerial role
• Strong background in taxation, BIR compliance, and financial reporting
• Experience in travel agency, tourism, airline, or hospitality industry is an advantage
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
