Assistant Manager - Manufacturing

We are looking for an Assistant Manufacturing Manager who will lead and manage production operations in an assigned area. The role is responsible for ensuring that production meets required volume, quality, safety, sanitation, and efficiency standards.

• →Plan and schedule production based on volume forecasts and actual requirements.
• →Lead and supervise production activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• →Ensure the area consistently meets quality, safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• →Identify and implement process improvements, equipment upgrades, and operational innovations.
• →Review and verify accurate and timely production reports and other required documentation.
• →Work closely and coordinate with other departments and operating units for seamless operations

• Graduate of Food Technology or any Engineering course.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in plant operations within the food manufacturing industry.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing operations.
• Basic knowledge and experience in food processing technology.
• Experience in facilitating production seminars, training, and orientation programs.
• Willing to work full onsite in Danao City, Cebu.
