Responsibilities

→Lead and oversee period-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and internal policies.
→Manage RTR operations, including balance sheet reviews, variance analysis, audit support, tax compliance, and adherence to SOX controls.
→Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and collaboration across business units and functional teams.
→Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and technology adoption initiatives to enhance efficiency and service excellence.
→Lead, develop, and coach a team of finance professionals, managers, and senior managers to build a high-performing and engaged organization.
