Responsibilities

→Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with applicable auditing and accounting standards.
→Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
→Supervise, coach, and develop audit team members while monitoring engagement progress and resource allocation.
→Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and key risks to clients or senior management, and provide practical solutions.
→Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring audit objectives, budgets, and deadlines are achieved.

Requirements

Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
At least 5 years of experience in internal or external audit, preferably from a professional services, accounting firm, or FMCG industry.
Experience leading audit engagements and supervising audit teams.
Strong knowledge of PFRS, PSA, and internal controls.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience handling FMCG clients is an advantage.
