Responsibilities

→Develop category and shopper marketing strategies that align with business objectives, consumer insights, and channel-specific opportunities.
→Convert shopper and market insights into effective retail programs, merchandising strategies, and customer-focused selling propositions.
→Lead the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, in-store activations, displays, and channel-specific programs.
→Monitor and evaluate trade marketing performance through data analysis, KPI tracking, and post-implementation reviews to identify opportunities for optimization.
→Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to align strategies, drive business growth, and support informed decision-making through data-driven insights.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or a related commercial function within the FMCG or beverage industry.
Strong understanding of category development principles, shopper behavior, retail operations, and channel management.
Proven ability to analyze market, sales, and trade performance data to develop actionable business recommendations.
