Responsibilities

→Manage daily operations of the Accounting Department, overseeing staff performance, assigning tasks, and tracking progress toward goals.
→Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, disbursements, invoices, recorded transactions, and check vouchers for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
→Ensure timely remittance to government agencies and prepare financial reports for banks and senior management to aid decision-making.
→Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, budgets, and financial projections to provide a comprehensive financial overview.
→Coordinate with external auditors, supply required documentation, and address audit findings to ensure smooth audit processes.
→Conduct periodic reviews and random checks of accounting records and reports to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance.
→Organize staff training programs and support professional development to enhance departmental efficiency.
→Stay informed on government regulations, industry trends, and emerging technologies; perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Proficient in GAAP, accounting procedures, departmental guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Strong knowledge of taxation laws and financial reporting standards.
