Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Work Location: Metro Manila
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Set-up: Onsite

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and oversee the entire HR function of the organization. The ideal candidate must come from the IT, Technology, or BPO industry and should currently hold or previously held the highest-ranking HR leadership position within an organization.

• Must currently hold or previously held the position of CHRO, Head of HR, HR Director, or equivalent highest HR leadership role
• Must have extensive experience in the IT, Technology, Shared Services, or BPO industry
• Minimum of 15 years HR experience with at least 5 years in executive HR leadership
• Proven experience leading large-scale HR operations and organizational transformation
• Strong background in strategic HR, labor relations, talent management, and culture development
