Lead the creation and execution of content across digital platforms (social media, websites, campaigns, and internal materials).
Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all multimedia outputs.
Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, messaging, and visual standards.

Handle multimedia content creation, including graphics, short-form videos, and visual assets.
Review, edit, and approve content before publishing.
Maintain quality and creativity across all content formats.

Work closely with the COO and internal teams to align content with business priorities.
Provide updates on content performance, timelines, and deliverables.

Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and results.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and content processes.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
At least 4–6 years of experience in content creation, multimedia, or digital marketing.
Proven experience leading or supervising content or marketing staff.
Strong skills in multimedia content creation (graphics, basic video, digital content).
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Detail-oriented with strong quality control standards.
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
Experience in fast-paced or creative environments is a plus.
