→Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including creation, review, execution, and renewal of contracts.
→Oversee rebates, returns, and refund processes associated with contracts.
→Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
→Collaborate with business units, finance, and other stakeholders to resolve contract-related escalations.
→Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in contract management.
→Maintain contract records, reports, and documentation to support audits and compliance.
→Support finance-related activities where applicable, including invoicing or reconciliation tied to contracts.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience in end-to-end contract management, including handling rebates, returns, and refunds.
Experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment is preferred.
Some exposure to finance operations is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with ERP or contract management systems is a plus.
