Responsibilities

- →Act as the escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-risk credit issues.
- →Conduct credit assessments and ongoing reviews for new and existing customers, setting and managing credit limits.
- →Evaluate the financial health and creditworthiness of clients to minimize exposure to risk.
- →Recommend and implement action plans to enhance credit processes, collections, and risk management.
- →Maintain and regularly update process flows, SOPs, and desk instructions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- →Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to foster a high-performing and accountable team.
- →Ensure adherence to credit policies, collection best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5–7 years experience in credit management or related finance functions
- Proven experience managing and developing a team
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with global stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of credit policies, risk assessment, and collections practices
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
