→Handle complex insurance processes independently, ensuring compliance and high-quality results.
→Identify and fix workflow issues, conduct audits, and keep procedures and training materials up to date.
→Train and mentor team members, support clients, and assist with reporting, data analysis, and onboarding.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in any discipline
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
For Analyst or Specialist, at least 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations or a related field, including Insurance Level 1 processes
Strong written communication, analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
Background in quality assurance, process review, and optimization
Experience in training or coaching (e.g., BPO QA, Trainer, or Supervisor roles)
