As a Lead Digital Marketing Officer, you will drive the growth of our Professional Tools brands by designing and executing data-driven, multi-channel marketing programs. You will bridge the gap between strategy and analytics, turning digital campaigns into measurable demand and revenue impact in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Responsibilities

- →Lead Management: Optimize CRM workflows to ensure leads are captured, tracked, and routed to Sales effectively.
- →Content Oversight: Create high-quality marketing assets and messaging tailored to technical and professional audiences.
- →Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign data and audience behavior to provide actionable insights and ROI reports.
- →Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with regional sales teams and external agencies to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing with a focus on multi-channel campaign management.
- TechStack: Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
