Position Overview
We are seeking a highly sophisticated, results-driven Director to spearhead our commercial expansion within the Philippine market. This strategic leadership role is strictly focused on new business acquisition and requires a seasoned media sales executive who can immediately leverage established brand relationships to secure live advertising and influencer campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Immediate Revenue Generation: Mobilize an active network of brand marketers, brand managers, and media buyers
Strategic Business Development: Identify, prospect, and close enterprise-level brand partners across key industry verticals, including FMCG, retail, e-commerce, telco, lifestyle, and beauty.
Market Representation: Serve as the primary face of the agency in Manila, representing the organization at high-tier industry events, brand roundtables, and executive agency meetings.
Consultative Selling & Media Integration: Educate and advise corporate clients on utilizing proprietary ad-tech and first-party data to effectively combine influencer marketing with programmatic display.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Partner closely with international operational and delivery teams internationally.
Commercial Management: Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, including pipeline forecasting, rate card negotiations, procurement navigation, and contract closures.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of progressive experience in digital media sales, brand partnerships, or agency business development.
Verifiable Brand Network: A robust, active portfolio of established relationships with senior brand marketers and media agency leads in the Philippines.
Proven Client Acquisition: A documented history of successfully securing completely new business streams and negotiating high-value commercial contracts.
Domain Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the local creator economy, platform dynamics (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and digital advertising compliance.
