→Support the development and implementation of sustainability and ESG policies, including environmental, social, climate, and gender considerations.
→Collaborate with the investment team to set ESG goals, track performance, and integrate E&S risk management strategies across the portfolio.
→Engage with portfolio company leadership to operationalize sustainability objectives, ensure compliance with IFC Performance Standards, and support Environmental & Social Management Systems (ESMS).
→Apply practical E&S and social safeguard principles, addressing labor, occupational health & safety, and community risks.
→Promote a culture of sustainable investing through training, guidance, and accountability for achieving ESG objectives across teams.
