Job Summary

We are hiring an Ecommerce Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end ecommerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory coordination, platform performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily ecommerce operations across online platforms.
• Monitor order processing, fulfillment, and inventory availability.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams.
• Analyze sales and operational performance metrics.
• Optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure accurate product listings and platform compliance.
• Lead and develop the ecommerce operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
• At least 4–6 years of ecommerce or retail operations experience.
• Experience managing ecommerce platforms and fulfillment processes.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and ecommerce reporting tools.
