We are seeking an Employee Communications Manager to lead employee communications, culture storytelling, and employer branding initiatives across the organization. This role serves as the strategic communications partner to the People & Culture team, ensuring that company values, employee programs, and organizational priorities are communicated effectively to both internal and external audiences.
The successful candidate will drive internal engagement, support change management efforts, and strengthen the organization's employer brand through compelling content, digital campaigns, and employee advocacy programs. This role combines strategic communications, content creation, social media management, and employee engagement to enhance the overall employee experience and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies that strengthen the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Manage and grow employer brand presence across key digital and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging content that showcases company culture, employee experiences, workplace initiatives, leadership perspectives, and organizational achievements.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment marketing campaigns and talent attraction initiatives.
- Build employee advocacy programs that encourage authentic employee storytelling and brand ambassadorship.
- Monitor employer brand performance and leverage insights to improve audience engagement and candidate attraction.
Internal Communications
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with business and people objectives.
- Create communication plans and messaging for key People & Culture initiatives, programs, and organizational priorities.
- Translate complex HR concepts, policies, and programs into clear, engaging, and employee-friendly communications.
- Manage internal communication channels, including intranet platforms, newsletters, email communications, and digital content hubs.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all employee touchpoints and communication channels.
Organizational Change & Leadership Communications
- Lead communication planning and execution for organizational transformations, business updates, and change initiatives.
- Develop communication frameworks that promote transparency, alignment, and employee understanding during periods of change.
- Draft executive communications, leadership announcements, town hall presentations, speeches, and organizational updates.
- Partner with senior leaders to ensure timely and effective communication of strategic priorities and business objectives.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Design and execute culture-focused campaigns that reinforce organizational values and enhance employee engagement.
- Support initiatives related to employee recognition, diversity and inclusion, wellness, learning and development, and company milestones.
- Create programs and communication campaigns that strengthen employee connection, participation, and organizational pride.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to promote a positive and engaging employee experience.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Establish communication and employer branding metrics to measure effectiveness, reach, engagement, and impact.
- Analyze employee feedback, communication performance, and social media analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide recommendations and insights to optimize communication strategies and content effectiveness.
- Stay current on emerging communication, employer branding, and social media trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employer branding, employee engagement, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience managing corporate social media platforms and executing digital content strategies.
- Strong understanding of employer branding, employee experience, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Experience supporting organizational change, executive communications, and employee engagement programs.
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in content creation, graphic design, and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across HR, Marketing, Corporate Communications, and business leadership teams.
- Experience in telecommunications, technology, digital services, BPO, or other fast-paced, high-growth environments is an advantage.
