→Gather and analyze business requirements from audit, tax, advisory, and corporate teams, translating them into functional ERP solutions.
→Configure, implement, and support ERP modules while ensuring alignment with business processes, organizational policies, and project requirements.
→Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to design, test, and deploy ERP enhancements and system integrations.
→Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and user guides, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
→Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot functional issues, recommend process improvements, and ensure optimal system performance and user adoption.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or in a similar role supporting enterprise applications.
Experience implementing or supporting ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar enterprise systems.
Strong knowledge of business process analysis, ERP configuration, system testing, and software implementation methodologies.
Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
