Responsibilities

→Lead and manage external audit engagements from planning through completion for local and international clients, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.
→Review audit working papers, financial statements, and other engagement deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
→Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior team members, including task allocation, monitoring engagement progress, and providing guidance and feedback.
→Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, Managers, and Partners to address audit matters, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution of engagements.
→Assess audit risks and perform or review appropriate audit procedures, including substantive testing, controls testing, analytical procedures, and other assurance-related activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is an advantage.
At least four (4) years of relevant external audit experience, with strong exposure to financial statement audits and assurance engagements.
Demonstrated experience in supervising audit teams and managing engagements from planning through completion.
Strong working knowledge of PFRS, IFRS, and applicable auditing standards, with the ability to analyze financial data and identify audit risks and issues.
Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements and work effectively with clients and engagement teams.
