Finance Head & Treasurer (Trust & Asset Management)

The Finance Head & Treasurer will lead the financial management, accounting, and treasury functions for a premier firm specializing in Trust and Asset Management. Reporting directly to the President, the successful candidate will oversee capital management, regulatory reporting, and risk mitigation while managing a specialized finance team.

• →Financial Governance: Oversee financial accounting, statement preparation, and management reporting.
• →Trust Operations: Manage capital requirements and basic security deposits specifically for trust and asset management operations.
• →Risk & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to trust regulations, PFRS, and internal risk frameworks.
• →Leadership: Act as a key financial advisor to the President and mentor a team of four.

• CPA License: Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
• Trust Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct experience in a Trust Department or Trust Corporation.
• Technical Background: Minimum 5 years in audit, financial statement preparation, or investment/asset management operations within a reputable financial institution.
• Regulatory Expertise: Mastery of PFRS and local statutory requirements.
