Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead day-to-day accounting and financial control operations
- →Manage and forecast cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational stability
- →Oversee vendor payment cycles and maintain strong supplier relationships
- →Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses
- →Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements
- →Implement and strengthen internal controls and financial processes
- →Partner with leadership on financial planning and strategic decision-making
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Finance Controller or equivalent senior finance role
- Strong background in cash flow management and high-volume vendor transactions
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- High level of analytical capability and financial reporting expertise
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
~1 min read- CPA is an advantage
- Experience handling complex payables structures or multi-entity operations is a plus
