We are looking for a Forex Account Officer to manage client accounts, generate new business opportunities, and support the sales of foreign exchange products and services.

Responsibilities

→Build and maintain strong client relationships
→Generate leads and new business opportunities
→Present and promote products and services
→Support foreign exchange transactions and account requirements
→Assist with pricing and booking activities
→Coordinate with internal teams
→Monitor sales and account activities
→Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, banking, or a related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused and results-oriented
Strong relationship management skills
Experience in financial products or forex is an advantage
