Responsibilities

→Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making and overall financial performance.
→Monitor costs, profitability, and key business drivers, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
→Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to support business planning and performance management.
→Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities, and drive process improvements.
→Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
At least 3 years of FP&A experience, with strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
Must have prior experience in the logistics industry, with a strong understanding of logistics operations, cost drivers, and profitability.
At least 2 years of people management experience, with a proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing finance teams.
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience in financial systems such as SAP or Oracle; excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
