FP&A Specialist

The FP&A Specialist is responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, and analysis activities to help drive informed business decisions. This role focuses on financial reporting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• →Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• →Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and performance insights.
• →Analyze financial data to support business decisions and cost management.
• →Ensure compliance with IFRS/PFRS and internal financial policies.
• →Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
• →Collaborate with different departments for data gathering and financial planning. Identify areas for cost optimization and financial improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (BSA).
• 4–5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/PFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
