• Learn quartz blowing and fabrication techniques under the guidance of senior team members
• Assist with preparing, shaping, and finishing quartz components according to specifications
• Operate basic machinery, including lathe machines, as trained and supervised
• Gradually take on more tasks as your skills and confidence grow

• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to check dimensions and make sure parts meet requirements
• Inspect finished pieces for defects, flaws, or deviations from specifications
• Report quality concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor right away

• Use the computer to log, record, and update production information as required
• Keep accurate notes of completed work and any issues encountered

• Follow all safety procedures, especially when working with heat, glass materials, and machinery
