Head of Enterprise Data & AI

• Shift: Morning, Mon-Fri
• Location: Onsite

Lead the companys overall data, analytics, and AI strategy to support business growth, risk management, and data-driven decision-making.

• Develop and implement the enterprise data and AI roadmap
• Promote a data-driven culture across the organization

• Oversee data infrastructure, cloud platforms, integrations, and data quality
• Ensure strong data security and regulatory compliance

• Lead business intelligence, analytics, and data science teams
• Implement AI/ML solutions such as fraud detection, risk scoring, and customer analytics
• Track and measure business impact of analytics initiatives

• Work closely with leadership and business units to embed data into products and processes
• Support digital transformation initiatives

• Strengthen data governance and privacy frameworks
• Ensure responsible and ethical AI use

• Manage and develop data and analytics teams
• Promote collaboration and data literacy

• 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, or AI leadership
• Experience with cloud data platforms and governance in regulated industries
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Masters degree preferred
