Head of IT - System Development & Infrastructure (Retail I FMCG)

Location: Quezon City (On-site)
Work Schedule: Morning Shift, Monday-Friday

The Head of IT will be responsible for setting the organizations overall IT strategy while overseeing day-to-day IT operations. The role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on technical management across the three major IT pillars: IT Operations, Systems Development, and Infrastructure.

  Develop and lead the companys IT strategy aligned with business objectives.

  Oversee daily IT operations to ensure system availability, network reliability, and cybersecurity.

  Lead systems development and implementation initiatives to support business growth.

• →

  Manage all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and security systems.

• →

  Evaluate, implement, and optimize enterprise technologies and digital transformation projects.

• →

  Oversee IT budgeting, vendor management, and technology procurement.

  Establish and maintain IT governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.

  Lead and develop a high-performing IT team.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of IT leadership experience with exposure to operations, systems development, and infrastructure.

• Experience as IT Head/Director/VP is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of IT architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.

• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
