The Head of Research & Development (Pharmaceutical) is responsible for leading the overall R&D function, driving product innovation, formulation development, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures that all research activities align with business goals, regulatory standards, and market needs.

• → Lead and oversee all research and development activities, including product formulation and innovation
• → Develop and execute R&D strategies aligned with business and commercial objectives
• → Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards, and industry requirements
• → Manage product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization
• → Collaborate with regulatory, quality, production, and commercial teams for successful product launches
• → Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities
• → Drive continuous improvement in formulations, processes, and product performance
• → Manage R&D budget, timelines, and resource allocation
• → Lead, mentor, and develop the R&D team

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical research and development
• Strong knowledge of formulation development, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
• Proven leadership experience in managing R&D teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment
