The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. This role drives key people initiatives such as talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement to support business growth and performance.
Responsibilities

- Aligns HR strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives
- Supports organizational design and workforce planning activities
- Partners with recruitment teams to drive talent acquisition strategies
- Leads performance management processes aligned with business goals
- Supports succession planning and high-potential employee development
- Designs and implements learning and development programs
- Drives employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Supports leadership development and capability-building programs
- Leads and supports organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Ensures smooth implementation of HR programs, policies, and systems
- Supports culture alignment during transitions and restructuring
- Serves as escalation point for complex employee relations concerns
- Ensures fair and consistent application of HR policies
- Provides guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary cases
- Analyzes HR metrics to support business decision-making
- Monitors workforce trends, turnover, and engagement data
- Provides data-driven insights and recommendations to leaders
- Ensures compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Keeps updated on regulatory changes affecting the organization
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA or postgraduate degree is an advantage
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, CHRP, or equivalent is preferred
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering or strategic HR roles
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and employee relations
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical capability
- Experience with HRIS and HR analytics tools is an advantage
- Postgraduate degree or certifications in HR, Organizational Development, or related fields
- Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or transformation-driven environments (tech, telecom, shared services, etc.)
- Exposure to HRIS platforms, analytics tools, and HR reporting systems
- Strategic HR partnering and business alignment
- Talent management and workforce planning
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- Change management and organizational support
- Data-driven HR decision-making
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
