→Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals, workforce planning, and business growth.
→Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee retention.
→Lead employee engagement, learning and development, and culture-building programs to strengthen organizational capability and effectiveness.
→Support organizational change and transformation initiatives by facilitating change adoption, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
→Provide guidance on employee relations, HR policy application, compliance requirements, and workforce analytics to support informed decision-making.

Requirements
