→Lead and oversee HR strategies and initiatives across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and organizational goals.
→Drive employee engagement, talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning initiatives to support business growth.
→Develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention, manage attrition, and strengthen the overall employee experience.
→Leverage HR analytics, dashboards, and employee feedback mechanisms to identify workforce trends, address concerns, and support data-driven decision-making.
→Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders on employee relations, organizational transformation, culture building, change management, and HR-related matters.

Requirements
