HR Generalist (Recruitment and L&D) | Guaranteed 14th + 15th month pay | Makati

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with strong exposure to both Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Development (L&D). This role is ideal for someone who can balance recruitment, training initiatives, and administrative HR support in a fast-paced environment.

• →Manage end-to-end recruitment (Talent Acquisition) processes
• →Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify development gaps
• →Support and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs
• →Coordinate with external training vendors for company events and development initiatives
• →Provide administrative and operational HR support
• →Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities
• →Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports
• →Act as backup support for various HR functions as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Management (strict requirement)
• At least 2 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to TA and L&D
• Proven experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and recruitment
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
