Background in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or labor-intensive industries is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Experience in high-volume recruitment and workforce planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and operationally driven environment.
