The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, seamlessly aligning human resources strategies with organizational goals. This role is instrumental in driving talent management, organizational effectiveness, and strategic workforce planning initiatives to directly support business growth and overall performance.
Responsibilities

- →Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all HR-related matters.
- →Align HR strategies and initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- →Support organizational design and workforce planning efforts.
- →Talent Management
- →Lead talent acquisition strategies in close partnership with recruitment teams.
- →Drive performance management processes and ensure tight alignment with business goals.
- →Support succession planning and high-potential employee development.
- →Employee & Organizational Development
- →Design and implement learning and development initiatives.
- →Promote employee engagement and culture-building programs.
- →Support leadership development and capability building across the organization.
- →Change Management
- →Lead and support organizational change initiatives and transformation programs.
- →Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies, programs, and systems.
- →Drive culture alignment during business transitions.
- →Employee Relations
- →Serve as the escalation point for complex employee relations issues.
- →Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies across the board.
- →Provide guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary cases.
- →HR Analytics & Reporting
- →Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making.
- →Monitor workforce trends, turnover, and engagement data to recommend proactive solutions.
- →Compliance & Policy
- →Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- →Maintain active awareness of regulatory changes affecting the organization.
Requirements
~1 min readEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is considered an advantage.
Experience: Proven experience in HR Business Partnering or strategic HR roles. Experience with HRIS and HR analytics tools is an advantage.
Certifications: Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, CHRP, or equivalent are preferred.
Skills: Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing skills, strong analytical capabilities, and sharp business acumen.
