Responsibilities

→Support the implementation and continuous improvement of sustainability and ESG policies across investment activities
→Collaborate with investment teams to integrate ESG risk management strategies, KPIs, and sustainability targets for portfolio companies
→Conduct ESG due diligence and ensure compliance with IFC Performance Standards and Environmental & Social Management Systems (ESMS)
→Engage with portfolio company stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
→Provide guidance and training to internal teams to promote accountability and strengthen the organization’s sustainable investing culture

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, Business, or related field
Experience in Environmental & Social (E&S), ESG, or sustainability programs within operational or investment environments
Knowledge of IFC Performance Standards and experience with Environmental & Social Management Systems (ESMS)
Familiarity with social safeguards, labor standards, occupational health & safety, and Philippine regulations
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Relevant ESG, OHS, or social compliance certifications/training are an advantage
