Responsibilities

→Perform financial analysis and develop financial models to assess potential investment opportunities.
→Conduct market and industry research, identify emerging trends, and support the sourcing of new investment opportunities through research and networking.
→Assist with due diligence activities across financial, commercial, legal, operational, and ESG areas.
→Prepare investment presentations, reports, and memoranda for internal stakeholders, investment committees, boards, and prospective investors.
→Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic initiatives, including growth planning, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, ESG implementation, and exit planning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial modeling.
