→Partner with audit, tax, advisory, and corporate teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for technology initiatives.
→Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, system enhancements, and digital solutions.
→Develop business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IT projects.
→Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business requirements and align with organizational objectives.
→Support system implementation activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, user training, and post-deployment support.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably supporting enterprise applications, digital transformation, or technology projects.
Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, system implementation, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Proficiency in business analysis and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
