Responsibilities

→Lead the end-to-end Learning and Development (L&D) function, including training needs analysis, program design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
→Develop and implement learning strategies that support business objectives, workforce capability building, and organizational growth.
→Design and oversee leadership development, functional skills training, onboarding, and career development programs across the organization.
→Manage learning operations, budgets, vendors, learning technologies, and training effectiveness metrics to ensure quality and impact.
→Lead and develop the L&D team while partnering with business leaders to identify capability gaps and build targeted learning solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate studies are a plus.
Proven end-to-end Learning & Development experience, from needs analysis to program evaluation.
At least 8 years of L&D experience, including 5 years in a people management role.
Strong background in leadership development, capability building, and learning technologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, project management, and analytical skills, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
