→Plan, organize, and monitor production activities based on demand forecasts and operational requirements to ensure timely and efficient output.
→ Lead and control daily production operations within the assigned area, ensuring smooth workflow, productivity, and compliance with established standards.
→ Ensure consistent adherence to quality, food safety, GMP, sanitation, and hygiene standards across production operations and the workplace.
→ Identify and implement process improvements, equipment enhancements, and operational innovations to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall manufacturing performance.
→ Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of production reports, coordinate with other operating units, and provide relevant updates and recommendations to management.

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in end-to-end production/manufacturing operations, preferably within the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
At least 3 years of supervisory or people management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead and develop production teams.
Solid understanding of food processing technologies, production processes, GMP, food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
Experience in conducting production-related training, seminars, and employee orientations, with strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
