We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive product marketing, market development, brand growth, and channel engagement for a leading battery and energy solutions organization. The role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen market leadership, expand distribution channels, support new product introductions, and drive sustainable business growth across consumer, automotive, commercial, and industrial segments.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in product marketing, trade and channel development, market research, brand management, and go-to-market execution, preferably within the battery, automotive, energy, electrical, industrial, or related technical product industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Marketing & Portfolio Management
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies that support revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
- Lead product positioning, pricing strategy, value proposition development, and competitive differentiation initiatives.
- Conduct market assessments, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and emerging market trends.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to ensure product strategies align with business objectives.
- Support new product development and commercialization efforts from concept to market launch.
Market Development & Business Growth
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and channel expansion initiatives.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to strengthen market penetration and brand presence.
- Support business expansion efforts across automotive, retail, fleet, commercial, and industrial channels.
- Monitor market performance and recommend strategic initiatives to drive growth and improve competitive positioning.
Channel & Trade Marketing
- Develop and implement dealer, distributor, retailer, and channel partner engagement programs.
- Lead trade marketing activities that improve product visibility, sell-through performance, and channel effectiveness.
- Create promotional campaigns, incentive programs, merchandising initiatives, and retail activation strategies.
- Work closely with Sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing programs and commercial objectives.
Brand Management & Marketing Communications
- Lead brand-building initiatives that strengthen market leadership and customer preference.
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, trade, and experiential platforms.
- Manage advertising, media planning, public relations, sponsorships, and customer engagement programs.
- Ensure consistent brand execution across all customer touchpoints and distribution channels.
Events, Activations & Industry Engagement
- Lead participation in trade exhibitions, automotive events, dealer conferences, and industry-related activities.
- Organize product launches, customer engagement programs, channel partner events, and corporate marketing initiatives.
- Establish strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and support business development efforts.
Marketing Operations & Performance Management
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, market performance, and return on marketing investments.
- Develop performance metrics and reporting systems to measure business impact and marketing effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to support organizational growth and capability building.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10–15 years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Market Development, or Commercial Marketing.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing marketing teams and business growth initiatives.
