Given the technical nature of the products, the ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of battery technologies, manufacturing processes, industrial products, or engineering-related solutions. The role requires close collaboration with sales, product development, operations, and technical teams to effectively translate complex technical capabilities into compelling market value propositions.
Responsibilities

- Lead the overall brand positioning of the company within the battery manufacturing and energy solutions market.
- Identify market opportunities, emerging industry trends, and competitive movements to support strategic business decisions.
- Create annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance targets.
- Support executive leadership in expanding market presence across local and regional markets.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams to understand product specifications, technical capabilities, and production processes.
- Translate technical product information into customer-focused marketing materials and campaigns.
- Develop product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and value propositions for various battery solutions and technologies.
- Support product launches, technical presentations, and customer demonstrations.
- Ensure marketing communications accurately represent product performance, compliance standards, and technical differentiators.
- Strengthen brand visibility and market reputation across industrial and commercial sectors.
- Oversee the development of marketing collaterals, technical brochures, product catalogs, presentations, and corporate communications.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including website content, social media, email campaigns, and online lead generation.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and corporate identity across all platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the battery, manufacturing, automotive, renewable energy, and industrial sectors.
- Monitor customer behavior, industry regulations, and technological advancements impacting the business.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Partner with the sales team to strengthen lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
- Support key account presentations, technical proposals, trade shows, and industry events.
- Develop marketing strategies that support distributor, dealer, and B2B partnership growth.
- Assist in identifying and penetrating new market segments.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure strong performance and professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with operations, procurement, engineering, and sales departments.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, media partners, and event organizers.
- Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the department.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or any related field.
- At least 8–12 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience within battery manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, automotive, electronics, energy, power systems, or technical product industries is highly preferred.
- Proven background in B2B marketing, product marketing, and strategic brand management.
- Strong understanding of battery technologies, manufacturing operations, industrial products, or engineering-based solutions.
- Knowledge of market dynamics within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business and customer audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, marketing analytics, and campaign management.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
