Responsibilities

→Lead media planning and buying across Meta, TikTok, search, and other digital platforms.
→Develop and execute complex digital strategies aligned with business goals.
→Manage campaign performance during key sales events (e.g., 10.10, 11.11, birthday sales).
→Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights for business growth.
→Collaborate with commercial, creative, and brand teams for alignment on campaigns.
→Lead alignment meetings with key stakeholders and brands to discuss strategy and performance.
→Manage seller center accounts and oversee ad operations in real time.
→Mentor and guide junior media team members.

Requirements
