Responsibilities

- →Design premium-quality marketing collateral for both digital and print platforms, including brochures, company profiles, presentations, flyers, banners, proposals, and promotional materials.
- →Develop visually compelling content that reflects the company's brand identity and maintains consistency across all communication channels.
- →Produce creative assets that support sales, business development, recruitment, and corporate communications.
Content Creation & Copywriting
- →Develop engaging visual content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- →Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for marketing materials, social media posts, website content, and promotional campaigns.
- →Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure messaging and visuals align with campaign objectives.
Marketing Campaign Support
- →Assist in planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- →Create campaign assets for product launches, corporate events, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
- →Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of creative materials.
Digital Marketing Support
- →Design creative assets for Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and other digital marketing platforms.
- →Support SEO initiatives by creating optimized website visuals and content.
- →Develop digital creatives that improve engagement, generate leads, and strengthen online visibility.
Website & Digital Platform Support
- →Update website content, graphics, banners, and landing pages using content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms.
- →Assist in maintaining a professional and user-friendly online presence through engaging visual content.
- →Support basic website enhancements and content updates as needed.
Video & Multimedia Production
- →Produce and edit promotional videos, company presentations, project highlights, product demonstrations, and social media content.
- →Optimize multimedia content for various digital platforms and audience engagement.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- →Partner with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and other departments to develop creative solutions that support business goals.
- →Present creative concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timelines.
- →Stay informed on industry trends, AI-powered creative tools, digital marketing strategies, and emerging design technologies.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least two (2) years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, digital marketing, or creative content production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, branding, video editing, presentation design, and digital marketing assets.
- Experience supporting B2B, engineering, construction, technology, manufacturing, or renewable energy companies is an advantage.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Adobe Creative Ecosystem (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)
- Canva
- CapCut or similar video editing software
- Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Drive)
- Apple Keynote
- Technical Skills (Preferred):
- WordPress, Elementor, or other Content Management Systems
- Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
- Figma
- Basic HTML and CSS
- AI-powered creative tools (Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar)
