Overview:
We are looking for a driven and people-focused Organizational Learning & Development Specialist to support the growth and capability-building efforts of our workforce. This role is central to designing and delivering meaningful training programs, nurturing future leaders, and fostering a workplace culture that values continuous improvement and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Needs Assessment & Capability Building
  • Work with business leaders to identify skill gaps and learning priorities across the organization
  • Conduct needs assessments using interviews, surveys, performance data, and organizational reviews
  • Convert business goals into practical, measurable learning solutions
  • Help build competency frameworks and learning pathways tailored to specific roles
Learning Program Design & Content Development
  • Develop engaging training programs, workshop materials, slide decks, facilitator guides, and e-learning modules
  • Create learning content covering leadership, communication, technical skills, customer service, compliance, and behavioral competencies
  • Tailor materials to different audiences and learning preferences
  • Ensure all content reflects the company's goals, values, and performance standards
Training Facilitation & Program Delivery
  • Facilitate face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for employees at all levels
  • Handle workshops, onboarding programs, team-building activities, and leadership sessions
  • Coordinate training logistics including venue arrangements, scheduling, and external vendor management
  • Provide guidance and coaching to employees and managers regarding development plans
Learning Administration & Operations
  • Manage training schedules, registrations, attendance records, and documentation
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and employee development records
  • Prepare training reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and management
  • Monitor completion of mandatory training and certification requirements
Training Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement
  • Measure training impact through assessments, feedback forms, observation, and performance data
  • Analyze results and recommend enhancements to improve learning outcomes and knowledge retention
  • Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in employee learning and development
  • Explore and recommend innovative approaches such as digital learning and blended learning solutions
Leadership & Talent Development Support
  • Assist in rolling out leadership programs, succession planning, and high-potential employee initiatives
  • Support organizational development and employee engagement projects that strengthen company culture
  • Work with HR and business leaders to promote career growth and internal mobility
  • Contribute to programs that improve employee performance, productivity, and retention
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Organizational Development, or Talent Management
  • Proven track record in conducting training needs analysis and designing corporate learning programs
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience creating training materials, e-learning content, and competency-based programs
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels
  • Background in telecoms, tech, BPO, shared services, or large corporate environments is a plus
