Job Title: Pricing Master Data Specialist

Work Setup: Full Onsite | Day Shift

Location: BGC, Taguig

• →Create and maintain Pricing master data independently, accurately, and on time as per agreed targets
• →Verify that all pricing change forms carry appropriate approvals in accordance with the authority matrix
• →Perform price file uploads and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve arising data issues
• →Ensure data management processes meet business requirements in an automated and user-friendly manner
• →Maintain the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance
• →Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across BU Finance, Sales, and Marketing
• →Proactively improve the quality of Pricing master data through identification and resolution of issues
• →Process all requests from other teams and stakeholders in a timely manner
• →Assist in training activities and keep process documentation up to date

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting, preferably in a multinational company
• Background in contract management (rebates, returns, refunds, or discounts) is required
• Solid understanding of basic accounting, particularly account reconciliation
• Experience in master data management; pricing master data is required, customer master data is a plus
• Proficient in Excel — XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and INDEX/MATCH
• ERP experience required; SAP strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple priorities
• Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage
• Power BI knowledge is an advantage
