The Process Improvement Analyst supports the DX/Data Operations team in executing data-driven process improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for handling data preparation, automation tasks, and operational data reviews while ensuring all outputs are accurately documented and consistently maintained. The position also offers a structured pathway for developing advanced technical skills in data analysis, SQL, and system-based automation.
Responsibilities

- →Assist the DX/Data Operations team in carrying out business process improvement and data utilization projects.
- →Review operational data regularly to help uncover inefficiencies and highlight areas with potential for improvement.
- →Deliver reliable, fact-based data inputs that underpin active improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Carry out assigned tasks including data preparation, Excel-based automation, and Power Automate flow execution in line with defined requirements.
- Build and sustain Excel tools and automated workflows that streamline recurring operational tasks.
Documentation & Data Consistency
- Keep all working files, reports, and automation outputs organized, up to date, and accurately recorded.
- Work closely with team members to cross-check data and maintain consistency across all reports and deliverables.
Technical Growth
- Continuously develop technical proficiency in the areas of data analysis, SQL operations, and system-based automation as part of a defined growth track within the team.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in an operational, analytical, or process-oriented role, with exposure to data analysis, process improvement, or operations reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query required).
- Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SQL or any data querying language is a plus but not required.
- Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect data findings to operational realities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple deliverables accurately and on time.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; able to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
