Responsibilities

→Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns.
→Lead the production team while managing project schedules, budgets, and overall resource allocation.
→Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and talents to ensure seamless event delivery from pre-production to post-event.
→Monitor project progress, address operational challenges, and maintain high standards of execution.
→Work closely with account management and creative teams to ensure concepts are practical and executed as intended.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in event production, activations, or a similar industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
At least two (2) years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, make sound decisions under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
