Responsibilities

→Review, validate, and process CAPEX-related transactions in line with concession commitments
→Perform CAPEX budget administration, control, and reporting
→Execute timely and accurate CAPEX financial closing, managing dependencies and resolving issues
→Prepare compliance reports and monitor CAPEX-related obligations
→Implement and maintain controls and governance practices for CAPEX accounts
→Support audit review activities and sustain audit compliance standards
→Execute and support process improvement initiatives within the finance function

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related business course; CPA license required
At least 2 years of relevant experience in project or construction accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); able to handle large data and prepare analyses
Experience with SAP (FICO, MM, PS, or Asset Accounting modules) is a plus
Keen attention to detail, self-starter mindset, and strong written and verbal communication skills
