Project Accounting Associate Manager

Location: Quezon City

Work Setup: Hybrid (4 days Onsite, 1 day WFH) | Dayshift | Mon-Fri

• →Review, validate, and process CAPEX-related transactions in line with concession commitments
• →Perform CAPEX budget administration, control, and reporting
• →Execute timely and accurate CAPEX financial closing, managing dependencies and resolving issues
• →Prepare compliance reports and monitor CAPEX-related obligations
• →Implement and maintain controls and governance practices for CAPEX accounts
• →Support audit review activities and sustain audit compliance standards
• →Execute and support process improvement initiatives within the finance function

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related business course; CPA license required
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project or construction accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); able to handle large data and prepare analyses
• Experience with SAP (FICO, MM, PS, or Asset Accounting modules) is a plus
• Keen attention to detail, self-starter mindset, and strong written and verbal communication skills
