Responsibilities

→Lead and manage the regional HR team in implementing corporate HR strategies and policies.
→Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and labor compliance.
→Act as a strategic business partner to regional operations leaders by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
→Monitor regional HR metrics and ensure timely execution of programs that promote employee engagement and retention.
→Handle industrial relations issues and ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations.

Requirements
